      • Better scalability on mid-range hardware
    • New single-sample anti-tiling for ship surface

      • Sun and moon movement is now quantized, reducing unnecessary shadow recalculations.

Known Issues

  • Vessels (player ships and NPVs) generate splashing wave effects when they are re-centered on screen after being offscreen.
  • The rescue area displayed on the minimap does not accurately reflect the slightly larger actual rescue area size.
  • In rare cases, rescued castaways may become stuck in their animation states.
  • The warning vests of some castaways are currently clipping through their regular clothing.
  • It is currently not possible to complete certain "Inspection" missions that need to inspect "Fire Hose Boxes".

  • Improved Bulk Crane Left / Right controls for more reliable operation.

Stability & Performance

  • Integrated GPU (iGPU) startup crash prevention:
    • Added detection for integrated GPUs.
    • Players are now informed via an on-screen warning when running on unsupported hardware, preventing crashes on startup.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where interacting with an NPC officer steering the vessel could cause them to clip into the ship.
  • Fixed an issue where the assigned officer could clip into the steering wheel.
  • Resolved several localization issues across select missions.
  • Improved and polished multiple lighting sources on the Lancer.

  • Added interactable windshield wipers to Bernhard, Rigid, Density, Archer, Lancer, and Herbert, allowing players to choose between different wipe zones and speeds. (More for Willy, NordicDuchess, and BigTrip coming in the next update)
  • Added 9 new languages: Dutch, Italian, Spanish (Spain), Polish (Poland), Turkish (Turkey), Danish, Swedish, Russian (Russia), and Korean. (ML Translated. Native proofreading will happen later)

  • The animations of female NPCs are currently behaving incorrectly.
  • During firefighting missions, the NPVs (tugboats) have a broken geometry
  • The naming on "BigTrip" for echo sounder and radar have been accidently switched up.
  • The F-Key is causing issues when using to toggle between ships in the fleet menu

Escort

  • Fixed issue that the escorted ship was very slow or even stopped moving

Hull damage

  • Fixed issue that ships took damage without reason

Borderless Window Mode becomes default

  • This should avoid several resolution issues that users have reported
  • Alt+Enter to activate/deactivate full-screen mode now also works in menus (try this if parts of the screen are black or cut off).

Chinese Localisation

  • Fixed some localisation bugs in the chinese version

Crashes

  • Several fixes on random crashes that have reached us thanks to the community

Controls

  • Fix for menu navigation using only the keyboard

Known Issues

  • In Inspection mission the “Dock next to ship and board it” task is not getting ticked off from the todo list, but this is just a visual issue and does not prevent the completion of the mission.

Motion Blur Option

  • Included option to turn Motion Blur in the Graphics Setting on/off

FPS cap in quickplay

  • Issue with a FPS cap in the quickplay missions has been addressed

System

Deletion of User Profile

  • Many users reported issues to delete their profile. This has now been addressed with a better explanation

Invert Mouse

  • Option to invert the Mouse has been implemented

Vessel: Rigid

  • Acceleration has been optimised so that the throttle is no longer as sensitive.

  • Seating Position on Herbert adjusted
  • Loans under 100 CR can now be paid back
  • Fixed a problem in the mission "Teddy's Delivery Service" where sometimes players would spawn on top of another Herbert
  • Fixed a problem in the mission "Teddy's Delivery Service" where upgrades and inventory of the player's Herbert wouldn't be transfered correctly

NVIDIA DLSS Integration

  • NVIDIA DLSS is now available

New Default Graphics Settings

  • Enabled: FSR, Frame Generation, Upsampling 66%
  • These settings now apply by default for all new players

System Benchmark Detection Update

  • Returning players are asked to re-run the system evaluation benchmark so that default settings are for existing users as well

Shader Pre-Compilation before entering game world

  • When shader compilation is necessary (very first launch, change settings, update driver), the loading screen duration is automatically extended until compilation is complete
  • Fixes cases where lowering graphics settings caused performance drops due to background shader compilation

Added Performance Statistics Overlay

  • New on-screen overlay helps identify performance bottlenecks in real time
  • This can be turned on or off in the game settings and has various detail levels (minimum, normal, extended and detailed)

Legal Acknowledgement re-activated

  • Analytics system has been re-enabled

Controls & Balancing

Increased Fuel Capacity for Ship 'Herbert'

  • The ship Herbert now carries 2000l (old: 1250l)
